A few things that aren’t AI-related that I want to tell you about while I’m here:
- Moodle course archiving is well underway! Please watch your email for notifications about when your courses are up for archiving and consider being proactive and taking regular course backups. This impacts scheduled courses and Moodle shells used for resource repositories, faculty council work, etc.
- The TRU Open Press is currently accepting open resource, pedagogy, and scholarship project proposals for our next funding cycle. The deadline is May 1 and the maximum per-project funding is $7500. More information is available on our website.
- We have workshops coming up in May on the Moodle archiving process, the provincial Digital Learning Strategy, and more! You can register from our calendar.
- The BCcampus Road Show is coming to TRU June 13-14. Please register for workshops on positionality statements, adopting OER, accessibility practice, and more!
